A dedicated member of JCI Mangaldan Pindang, Ms. Monderin showcased exceptional poise, confidence, intelligence, and leadership throughout the competition, earning not only the prestigious title but also the special awards for Most Photogenic, Best in Casual Wear, and Best in Sports Wear. Her outstanding performance reflects her commitment to excellence and her ability to serve as a positive role model for young people in the community.
Samirah’s achievement is a testament to the values upheld by the University of Luzon—developing individuals who are not only academically competent but also socially responsible, confident, and capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
