University of Luzon’s Jhomel Aron Sansano Named NCRAA Season 32 MVP, Earns Spot in Mythical 5

Mr. Jhomel Aron Sansano has been named the NCRAA Season 32 Most Valuable Player (MVP) and earned a spot in the Mythical 5. The honor highlights his outstanding season with the UL Golden Tigers and his continued growth through discipline, training, and dedication to basketball.

Last June 8, at the Novadeci Convention Center, Mr. Sansano was among the standout athletes honored for their exceptional performances throughout the season. The recognition holds special significance for the UL Golden Tigers, as Mr. Sansano is the first UL player to win both the NCRAA MVP award and a Mythical 5 selection since the team joined the league in 2018.

Mr. Sansano averaged 21 points per game, 9.5 rebounds per game, 5.5 assists per game, and 2.5 steals per game throughout the season. His all-around performance helped establish him among the league’s top players and secured his spot in the Mythical 5.

The UL Golden Tigers’ campaign reflects the value of consistent professional training, teamwork, and the development of athletic skills. Together with Sansano’s individual performance, the team’s efforts show how competition can help student-athletes build discipline, perseverance, and skills that can support their future career development.
