University of Luzon Produces 804 CPAs Through Strong Accountancy Education
Posted on 4th of Sep 2026 by UL AdministratorA growing number of successful graduates continues to reflect the strength of accountancy education at the University of Luzon. From October 1999 to May 2026, a span of almost 27 years, the University of Luzon has produced 804 Certified Public Accountants, including the successful examinees from the recent May 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
The achievement represents years of education, preparation, and professional training that have helped accountancy students pursue the CPA licensure examination and enter the accounting profession. Through its accountancy programs, UL provides students with professional education that develops the knowledge and skills needed to become qualified professionals and contribute to the development of skilled human capital.
The 804 CPAs also reflect the combined efforts of the University, the College of Accountancy, faculty members, and graduates. Their professional qualifications provide opportunities for employment while allowing them to apply their financial knowledge and accountancy skills in various areas of the labor market.
These efforts support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The University advances SDG 4: Quality Education by providing professional education that develops the knowledge, skills, and qualifications needed for academic and professional progression. It also contributes to SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by preparing graduates with professional qualifications that support employment and participation in the labor market.
University of Luzon congratulates its 804 CPA graduates, the College of Accountancy, faculty members, and the entire UL community for their continued dedication to professional education. With almost 27 years of producing licensed accounting professionals, UL looks forward to welcoming more future CPAs into its growing community of successful graduates.
