University of Luzon Joins Hands with PCNS Ilocandia in Historic MOU Signing

This landmark event saw the Philippine-Canada Network for Sustainability (PCNS) Ilocandia Chapter joining forces with various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Region 1 (Ilocos Region) in a collaborative effort to champion sustainable development goals.
