Nine AB Psychology graduates of the University of Luzon successfully passed the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, qualifying them to begin their professional journey in the field of psychology. Their success reflects the hard work, preparation, and dedication they invested in their studies.

Among first-time takers, UL recorded an 81.82% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate. This result highlights the graduates’ knowledge and skills gained through their academic preparation and the role of professional education in preparing aspiring psychometricians for the responsibilities of their chosen field.

The University of Luzon recognizes the guidance and support provided by Dr. Carmelita S. Quinto and the faculty and staff of the College of Liberal Arts. Their efforts in teaching and mentoring students help prepare future professionals for practice and equip graduates with qualifications relevant to the labor market.

Psychometricians can contribute to mental health services by supporting psychological assessment and helping address the needs of individuals and communities. UL’s academic programs help prepare graduates to apply their knowledge and skills in professional settings while contributing to the well-being of others.

These efforts align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being is supported by preparing future psychometricians who can contribute to mental health services; SDG 4: Quality Education through relevant learning and professional education that build knowledge and practical skills; and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by helping graduates gain qualifications for employment and future career development.

Congratulations to the nine new Registered Psychometricians! The University of Luzon celebrates your dedication and looks forward to the positive contributions you will make to the field of psychology and the communities you will serve.
