Twelve University of Luzon alumni have passed the September 2026 licensure examinations for electrical engineering and master electricians, marking an important step in their professional careers.

Nine alumni passed the Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination, while three passed the Registered Master Electricians Licensure Examination. The University also recorded a 100% passing rate among its first-time takers of the Registered Master Electricians Licensure Examination.

These results reflect the graduates’ preparation, technical knowledge, and practical training gained throughout their education at UL. Their qualifications equip them to pursue professional opportunities in the electrical industry, where technical skills and knowledge of safety standards are essential.

The University recognizes the guidance and support of the College of Engineering and Architecture, led by Dean Engr. Geronimo A. Carvajal, in preparing students for their chosen fields. Through classroom instruction and hands-on learning, the College helps develop the competencies graduates need to meet professional requirements and contribute to the workforce.

The University of Luzon congratulates its newly registered electrical engineers and master electricians on passing their respective examinations. Their success reflects the value of education and continued preparation in building careers in engineering and electrical services.

Developing skilled professionals through relevant education and technical training also supports broader sustainable development goals. This direction aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals particularly, SDG 4: Quality Education by providing students with technical knowledge, practical training, and qualifications that support lifelong learning; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by preparing graduates for employment and professional opportunities in the labor market; and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by developing electrical engineering professionals whose skills can contribute to safe, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure.
