University of Luzon Congratulates Engr. Reniel M. Mosada II For Being Among 2026 Top Filipino Civil Engineers of Qatar

From the classrooms of the University of Luzon to international construction projects, a Proud Luzonian continues to build a career shaped by knowledge, dedication, and hard work.
The University of Luzon congratulates Engr. Reniel M. Mosada II, a Batch 2002 Civil Engineering graduate, for being named among the Top Filipino Civil Engineers 2026 by PICE Qatar.
He received the recognition during the Civil Engineering Gala & Awards Night 2026 on August 6, 2026, at La Cigale Hotel in Doha, Qatar. He was also approved as a PICE Specialist Member in Project Management and Construction Engineering, recognizing his professional qualifications in the field.
Engr. Mosada began his career in Manila in 2003 before moving to Moscow, Russia, in 2006. Since 2008, he has been based in Qatar, where he currently serves as a Quality Surveyor at the Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL), Building Projects Department. His career reflects how education, professional experience, and continued skills development can prepare graduates for work in different parts of the world.
