Groundbreaking of Edades & Bernal Cultural Center

Samson Jr., will deliver a message of gratitude on behalf of the Bernal family during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Edades and Bernal Cultural Center and Museum.
This momentous event, organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Congressman Christopher “Toff” de Venecia, and Dagupan City Mayor Belen T.
