University of Luzon Joins Historic Global Nursing Collaboration

On July 5, 2025, the Pacific Nursing Service Organization (PNSO) and the Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) officially forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in a virtual ceremony.
