Dr. Diosdado Caronongan, Dean of the University of Luzon College of Computer Studies (ULCCS), has achieved a significant milestone with the publication of his collaborative research in IEEE Xplore, a prestigious Scopus-indexed journal. The study, titled “Investigating Cybersecurity Assessment Practices: Enhancing Defenses in the Philippines,” was co-authored with Semi Yulianto of SGI Asia.
