Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
The College of Tourism and Hospitality Management offers a four-year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program, a comprehensive undergraduate course designed to prepare students for successful careers in the hospitality and tourism industries. Students may choose from two specialized majors:
(a) Hotel & Restaurant Management: Focuses on the management and operations of hotels, restaurants, and other food service establishments, emphasizing customer service, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
(b) Culinary Management: Combines culinary arts with business management, equipping students with advanced cooking techniques, kitchen operations expertise, and entrepreneurial skills.
Graduates of the BSHM program are well-equipped to pursue diverse careers as hotel managers, restaurateurs, chefs, culinary consultants, event planners, and other key roles, contributing to the growth, innovation, and sustainability of the global hospitality industry.
