Beyond Borders: UL Deans Join International Experts to Tackle Globalization Challenges through Research

Vidal, Dean of the Graduate School, attended the 3rd International Research & Innovation Summit titled “Transforming Society in Response to Globalization through Multidisciplinary Research.” On March 17, 2023, the event was held at the First City Providential College in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
The summit aimed to identify and analyze the components of globalization, as well as the role of research in society transformation. It also sought to form partnerships with local and international partners in order to promote the creation of new knowledge and innovations for the development of communities, nations, regions, and the world.
UL, as a key player in higher education in the Philippines, recognizes the importance of research and innovation in addressing globalization’s challenges.
