RULES ON DISCIPLINE
Like any other community, the University of Luzon has rules that every student must follow.
When a student registers, it is understood that he/she agrees to observe the following:
1. Students are prohibited from misbehaving inside the classrooms and within the premises of the campus.
2. Students are prohibited from smoking inside classrooms and along corridors of any of the buildings within the premises of the University.
3. A student may be suspended or expelled from, or refused re-admission in the University after proper investigation and is found guilty of any of the offenses:
a) Immorality, drunkenness, vandalism, littering, hooliganism, cheating during examinations, gambling, or any other form of misconduct;
b) Challenging, assaulting, grossly and/or maliciously insulting, or otherwise committing any act in violation of the honor, integrity or reputation of any members of the faculty administrative staff anywhere or outside of the University premises;
c) Carrying firearm or bladed weapon of any kind, whether licensed or not, within the school premises, for those who are not persons in authority.
d) Gross disobedience to, or disregard for, authority of any faculty member, school officials, or other representatives;
e) Forging, tampering, falsifying, altering in any manner, changing data of official records;
f) Inducing, provoking, leading or otherwise taking
part in any activity which causes disturbance of
classes or which adversely affects class attendance
of other students whether such activity is
accompanied by serious violence or not;
g) Wantonly destroying or damaging any property of the University, or threatening to, or encouraging other persons to do any such acts;
h) Using, selling, or possessing prohibited or dangerous drugs;
i) Maliciously implicating the institution, directly or indirectly in any activity or movement.
j) Failing to observe the rules of behavior while in the University premises; and
k) Committing any act contrary to good customs and morals, or which constitutes acts punishable under existing laws, ordinances, and regulations, charges
filed or pending in appropriate government agencies or courts whatever may be the result of the proceeding therein.
