University of Luzon Commends SHS Department for Successful Senior High School Voucher Program Validation

Demonstrating its commitment to quality assurance and institutional excellence, the University of Luzon Senior High School Department successfully underwent the Monitoring and Validation Activity for the Senior High School Voucher Program on May 13, 2026, conducted by the Department of Education (DepEd)–Dagupan City Schools Division Office SHS Voucher Program Task Force Team composed of Mr. Freddie M. Soriano, Mrs. Joann L. Jimenez, Ms. Bethany Venice S. Bautista, Mr. Jan Vincent D. Galvez, and Mr. Isagani D. Rosario.

The activity commenced with an opening conference outlining the validation objectives, guidelines, and procedures, followed by the review of student records, voucher documents, enrollment data, billing statements, and other supporting reports to verify compliance with program standards. Interviews and consultations with school officials and personnel further affirmed the effectiveness of program implementation before the activity concluded with a closing conference where observations, commendations, and recommendations were presented.

The University of Luzon proudly recognizes the leadership of Dr. Imelda E. Cuartel, SHS Principal, Dr. Joseph Alain G. Gador, Assistant Principal, and Mr. Elimar B. Naguinlin, SHS Secretary, whose dedication and coordinated efforts ensured the successful conduct of the validation activity.
