University of Luzon Graduate School Scholar Honored at International Conference

The University of Luzon is proud to announce that Dr. Russell L. Diona, a PhD in Development Education student at the University of Luzon Graduate School, has been awarded the Best Presentation Award at the 10th International Conference on Distance Education and Learning (ICDEL 2025). The conference was held from June 13-16, 2025, at Yunnan Normal University in Kunming, China.

Dr. Diona’s exceptional presentation was recognized among a distinguished field of international scholars. His achievement reflects the high caliber of research and academic excellence fostered within the University of Luzon Graduate School.
