Employees Performance Rating
Performance Evaluation is the process of determining the job performance of employees, their capacity for growth and potential for advancement. This is done once a year by the employee’s Section Head.
The following factors are considered:

2, Quality of work done
3. Job Knowledge
4. Interest in job
5. Industry

8. Initiative
9. Ability to learn
10. Judgment
