Transfer is the shifting of an employee from one job to another or from one administrative section to another without special reference to compensation but may involve change in responsibilities. To promote maximum efficiency, the school allows personnel transfer in order to suit the qualifications of an employee to the position that can bring out his optimum capabilities. Transfer has to be approved by the Administration.
