Personnel Orientation and Induction

The process of orientation is a manifestation of the University’s concern for the employees’ welfare to get them off to a good start. To work effectively in his job, every employee must understand his duties and responsibilities and the conditions of his employment.
The employee must know the following information:

  • The philosophy and objectives of the University.
  • The organizational structure of the University.
  • The Administrative Officials of the University.
  • The Organizational Structure of the Section to which he/she will work.
  • The Other employees in his Section.
  • Location of the medical clinic, hospitals, and other service offices.
  • Operational office policies, rules and regulations.
