Policies on Academic Deficiencies
The following are the institutional policies on academic deficiencies:
1. Any student who obtains a failing grade in any of his subjects in any semester or summer term is given a warning;
2. Unexcused absences of twenty percent (20%) or more of the total number of school days or ten (10) hours or more, entitles the student to be dropped from the rolls;
3. Any student who incurs two (2) failures in the subjects he enrolled in any given semester or summer term shall suffer a reduction of one-half (1/2) of his academic loads in the succeeding semester or summer term;
4. Any student incurring failure in any subject he enrolled under a reduced-load status may be refused enrollment in the succeeding semester or summer terms;
5. Any student who incurs three failures in the subjects he enrolled in any semester or summer term shall no longer enjoy the right to retention. The school shall refuse his enrolment in the ensuing semester or summer term.
