Dean Vidal Represents UL at International Forum on One Korea

The University of Luzon (UL) proudly announces the outstanding achievement of Dean Carmelo John E. Vidal, who represented the institution and the Philippine Society of NSTP Educators and Implementors, Inc. (PSNEI) at the prestigious 2024 International Forum on One Korea.
