The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, offered by the College of Nursing and Midwifery, is a dynamic four-year degree course designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of nursing theory, clinical practice, and healthcare management. This program prepares students to become highly skilled and compassionate nurses, capable of delivering quality care across diverse healthcare settings.

The curriculum is carefully structured to include foundational courses in nursing, medical-surgical nursing, maternal and child health, psychiatric nursing, and community health nursing. It also integrates essential subjects from the natural and social sciences, ethics, and health policy, ensuring a well-rounded education. The program emphasizes critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care.

Students in the BSN program will gain practical experience through extensive clinical placements in hospitals, community settings, and other healthcare facilities, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge and develop hands-on skills under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals. The program also focuses on leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, equipping graduates to take on roles in nursing management, education, and research.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be eligible to take the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination (PNLE) and work as registered nurses both locally and internationally.
