The program began with the enthronement of the Image of Our Lady of Fatima, followed by the praying of the Holy Rosary. A wreath-laying ceremony was also held in honor of Dr. Samson, Sr., recognizing his contributions to the founding of the University of Luzon.
The celebration continued with Marian portrayals featuring representations of the Blessed Virgin Mary under different titles. The College of Nursing won first place for its portrayal of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, followed by the College of Engineering and Architecture, which presented Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The College of Liberal Arts placed third with its portrayal of Our Lady of Sorrows.
The University of Luzon Dance Troupe also presented a Marian interpretative dance, expressing devotion through movement and performance. The program concluded with a Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Willie Escalante, SVD, bringing the UL community together in prayer and thanksgiving.

These activities reflect the values of faith, remembrance, and service that continue to be part of the university community.
The celebration also relates to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
