Demonstrating extraordinary skill and innovation, a team of four talented ladies from the University of Luzon College of Computer Studies achieved a remarkable feat by claiming the 2nd runner-up position in the Regional Hack4Gov Competition held on August 8, 2023. This event, renowned for its rigorous hacking challenges, was organized by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). Remarkably, this was the team’s inaugural participation in the tournament, yet they managed to secure a spot among the top contenders.

The competition, a testament to the students’ aptitude for solving intricate hacking problems, showcased the unwavering determination and creativity of the “Packet Monsters.” Composed of Francis Mae D. Cernardo, YC Marie G. Mallare, Rizanne Mae D. Fernandez, and Jean Joyce D.
